Who We Are The Frees Foundation is a Texas non-profit corporation operating as a private foundation under Internal Revenue Code Section 509(a) and a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). Who We Fund Religious, charitable, scientific and educational institutions which are qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service. Vision Statement The vision of The Frees Foundation is to improve the quality of life, restore hope, bridge differences, promote understanding and, above all, contribute to the relief of human suffering. Mission Statement The mission of The Frees Foundation is to assist vulnerable and underserved populations achieve self-sufficiency.

In Zacapu, Mexico, the Frees Foundation has provided scholarships which train skilled nurses to serve impoverished Mexican communities via a collaboration with Pan American Health and Education Foundation (PAHEF) . |
