Text Box: The Zip Code Assistance Ministries Organizational Development Program, was founded to strengthen ten Houston-area social purpose ministries. Text Box: Supporting collaborative problem solving and strategic planning to improve care and services provided to vulnerable older adults and family caregivers in Harris County.

Collaboration extends across the oceans to touch people in Africa and the other continents of the world.
